Our story
3 Rivers Diesel & Repair started in 2018 with two people, a passion for diesel and one simple idea: build the kind of repair shop we would actually want to bring our own trucks to.
What began as a small diesel shop has grown into a full-service automotive and diesel facility. We still specialize in Duramax, Cummins and Power Stroke, and now handle domestic and Japanese gas vehicles, fleet accounts and performance work too.
Even after years of growth, 3 Rivers remains largely a word-of-mouth business. That is still how most people find us, and it is the reputation we protect most, one truck at a time.

FROM THE OWNER
I'm Devin Bovee, founder and owner of 3 Rivers Diesel & Repair. My interest in this business didn't start with opening a repair shop, it started with a passion for diesel: buying, selling, racing, towing, performance, different brands and combinations. I spent years figuring out what works, and occasionally what doesn't, often on our own shop trucks first.
Eventually I made the decision to return to those roots and focus on diesel repair, and that gave me the chance to build the kind of shop I actually wanted to own.
I definitely didn't build 3 Rivers by myself. One of the things I'm most proud of is the team that has grown alongside the business. We've kept relatively little turnover, and I've watched the people here grow right along with it, professionally and technically. That continuity matters. When people stay together, they learn how each other works, knowledge gets passed down instead of walking out the door, and the people doing the work have a reason to care about the reputation attached to it.
My role has changed over the years. I'm still involved with vehicles, customers and technical decisions, but more of my job today is making sure we keep building a company our people and our customers can count on.
3 Rivers isn't finished. There's more we want to build, and eventually a bigger home for the company. But no matter how big it gets, I don't want to lose the part that made it work when there were only two of us: take care of the customer, care about the work, keep learning, and build a reputation worth protecting.
