01

Service & Repair

Do you only work on diesel trucks?

No. Diesel is at the core of 3 Rivers, but today we're a full-service repair facility. We specialize in diesel vehicles while also servicing domestic and Japanese gasoline vehicles.

What types of services do you offer?

We handle everything from routine maintenance to major repairs, diagnostics and performance work, including oil and filter service, diesel diagnostics and repair, gasoline automotive repair, engine diagnostics and repair, transmission service and repair, brakes, steering and suspension, electrical and drivability diagnostics, preventive maintenance, fleet maintenance and repair, and diesel and vehicle performance upgrades. If you're unsure whether we can handle your particular repair or project, contact us and we'll let you know.

Do you work with fleet and commercial customers?

Yes. Fleet service and repair is an important part of our operation. We understand that a work vehicle sitting in a parking lot isn't making your business money, so we work with fleet customers on maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and larger service needs with the goal of reducing downtime and keeping their vehicles working.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can submit an appointment request directly through our website or call us at (509) 628-7230. Our team will gather information about your vehicle and your concerns and help determine the appropriate next step.

Do you provide estimates?

Yes. We provide estimates and make the review and approval process as straightforward as possible. Estimates can be reviewed online, over the phone, or with us in person. For concerns requiring diagnosis, we may need to inspect the vehicle before an accurate estimate can be provided.

02

Parts & Performance

Can I buy parts without having my vehicle repaired there?

Yes. We offer in-store and over-the-phone parts sales, including maintenance, repair, diesel and performance products. Contact us with your vehicle information and what you're looking for, and our team can help with availability and options.

Do you perform performance work?

Yes. Performance has been part of 3 Rivers from the beginning. Whether you're looking for improvements related to towing, reliability, drivability, transmission capability, airflow, fueling or overall performance, we can help determine options appropriate for your vehicle and how you actually use it. We'd rather understand your goals first than simply sell you a box of parts.

03

Warranty

Do you offer warranties?

Yes. We stand behind both our workmanship and the products we sell. Warranty coverage varies depending on the repair, product, manufacturer and application, and we work directly with many of the manufacturers whose products we sell when warranty assistance is needed. For specific warranty information, contact us at .

How do I make a warranty claim?

If you have a concern following a repair or with a product purchased through us, contact us directly before proceeding with additional repairs whenever possible. Documentation matters during any warranty claim, and we maintain internal repair and warranty records to help document the concern, inspect the vehicle or component, and work with the appropriate manufacturer when necessary.

What does a warranty cover?

Depending on the repair or product, warranty coverage may include parts, labor, repair or replacement. Coverage varies by manufacturer, component, type of repair, vehicle application and the circumstances of the failure. Contact us and we'll review the specific warranty associated with your repair or product.

What can affect warranty coverage?

Warranty coverage may be affected by improper installation, abuse or misuse, inaccurate or misleading information about the vehicle or its use, unauthorized modifications or repairs, and failure to perform required maintenance. Every product and repair may have its own terms, so contact us and we'll review what applies.
